Without love for self love for others is impossible. Stop and ask, would you speak to others the way you speak to yourself? When I was first asked that (or first became aware of it) it was step one to stop calling myself STUPID all the time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few years after I stopped it my father and I had a thing and he called me that. I kicked him out of my house &#8211; he was visiting for the first time ever, unannounced.
